Patricia (Pat) Stephens is the Director of Provider Supports Department at the Lucas County Board of Developmental Disabilities, which does oversight of 433 providers and provides oversight to the Major and Unusual Incident Unit. Pat has worked for over 10 years in the mental health field and 21 years in the developmental disabilities field. Pat is a member of the Partners Against the Trafficking of Humans (PATH) through the Human Trafficking Social Justice Institute at the University of Toledo. Her goal is to do outreach, train staff, providers, and get other developmental disability counties involved in establishing protocols and work with victims who have been traumatized by trafficking. She also works with schools and other agencies regarding Domestic Minor Sex Trafficking.
