Jessica Spann is a member and the Co-Chair of the Direct Services Committee for Northern Ohio REACH. Additionally, Jessica has served for over seven years as a member of REACH. She works at Neighborhood Properties which is a non-profit organization that’s mission is to end homelessness and save the lives of the people that they serve. Further, Jessica has had the honor of being named the Vice President of Recovery Services since July of 2020. She earned her bachelor’s degree in social work from The University of Toledo in 2004 and her master’s degree in Counselor Education in 2014. Jessica's journey started at Connecting Point in 2002 as a Mental Health Technician working the residential/respite care for youth. From there, she continued to grow in her profession to find herself twenty years later still working in the mental health arena. Jessica has been with Neighborhood Properties for the last 11 years starting with doing housing support, supervision, to administration. Moreover, Jessica has found it a honor serving REACH and supporting the community for such a significant cause in ending human trafficking.
